Armley Tennis Tournament

The Tournament was held over two days and two weekends due to work commitments by those taking part.

The Mens Singles Final was a close run match between Paul Haigh and Simon Gaines. Paul Haigh being victorious.

The Mens Doubles Final was again a close match between Paul Haigh and Glenn Gaines about father and son team, Ashley and Niall Colman. Paul and Glenn winning the doubles title.

The Ladies Doubles Final was between Janet Pritchard and Kate Hoggard against Jaine Johnson and Carol Scott. It was a good match which was won eventually by Janine and Carol.

A small group came and watched the finals which was much appreciated by all. Food and drink was provided after with the presentation of the cups and medals to the winners.
